To avoid missing a statement or incurring late fees, we encourage you to register your Northwestel account online.
Once registered, you can view statements online, switch to paperless e-billing, set up payment options by debit or credit card, and view your payment history.

Please remember that you are still responsible for paying your Northwestel bill on time during a postal disruption.
To make a credit card payment by phone, please call 1 888 423-2333 or make your payment in-person at a Northwestel Retail Store.
You can also make payments through online banking, at a bank machine or in person at your financial institution – contact your local bank for more information.
Please note that electronic payments are posted 48 hours after submission.
