Northwestel is performing a network upgrade in the Northern Rockies Region on April 3, from 12:01 am to 6:00 am PT.   As a result, there will be a disruption of Internet, TV, cellular and some landline phone services, such as long distance and 911 calling.  Local calling will be available. It is expected that services will be affected for between 2.5 to 4 hours.  The following communities will be impacted: Fort Nelson, Muskwa, Prophet River, Toad River, Fireside, Blueberry / Wonowon. 

Emergency services have been notified.   We will make every effort to quickly complete this work.
