How to check whether your modem is working correctly
To check whether your modem is working correctly, look at the lights on the front of your modem. The lights show whether your modem is receiving a signal and the status of your connection.
Find your modem below, and then look in the Lights column to see how the lights will appear when your modem is working correctly.
Wireless DSL modems (gateways)
SmartRG SR555
Lights
- Power: Solid green
- LAN 1,2,3,4: Solid or blinking green (if you’re using the internet)
