How to manage people using profiles in the HomePass app
With profiles in Plume HomePass, you can monitor and manage Wi-Fi access for each person in your household. Profiles apply a set of content access restrictions (also known as parental controls) and Guard settings to a person.
When you add a person, you choose a profile and assign devices to that person. This lets you set content access restrictions, Guard settings, Time Outs, and internet freeze schedules, for all devices that are assigned to them.
Sign in to the Plume HomePass app, if you haven’t already.
In the navigation bar, tap the People icon to go to the People screen.
In the upper-right corner, tap +, and then tap Create a person.
Enter the person’s name and email address (optional), tap + to add a photo, and then tap Next.
Choose a profile (Adult, Teen, Restrictive, Household). Here, you can also customize the content access and Guard settings for the person. Tap Done. The person is added to the People list.
On the People screen, go the person you added, choose Tap to assign a device, select the devices you want to assign, and then tap Done.
When you’re asked to assign a primary device, choose a device that the person usually takes with them wherever they go. The primary device is used to determine whether that person is at home based on the device’s connections and disconnections from the network.
Note Keep in mind that adding a person in the HomePass app doesn’t let them manage your network. Adding people and assigning profiles lets you manage their Wi-Fi access

Sign in to the HomePass app, if you haven’t already.
In the navigation bar, tap the People icon to go to the People screen.
Tap the person whose details you want to view or edit to open their details screen.
From here, you can view the person’s details, which includes information about their assigned devices, primary device, profile, and more. To make changes, you can tap " ⋮ " in the upper-right corner, tap the card for all profile information, or tap any of the links in the card.
Sign in to the HomePass app, if you haven’t already.
In the navigation bar, tap People to go to the People screen.
Go to the person who you want to remove, tap " ⋮ " in the upper-right corner, and then tap Remove person.
When you remove a person, their profile and historical data usage information is removed from Plume HomePass, and devices that were assigned to them are unassigned. They can still access Wi-Fi if they have a password.
