Pre-authorized plan
For busy people on the go – no need to worry about bill payment deadlines or finding a stamp – your payment is made automatically each month, on time. There are two ways to set up your account for auto payments:
Payment for your bill is automatically withdrawn from the bank account of your choice. The amount of your bill is automatically charged to your Visa or Mastercard. With either option, your monthly payment will be made on/around your due date. You still receive a detailed statement and can cancel at any time by calling 1-888-423-2333.
Method 1
Credit Card
Log in or register to your Northwestel online account, under Payments select Auto-payment. When selecting the payment type, choose "Credit card".
Bank Withdrawal
Log in or register to your Northwestel online account, under Payments, select Auto-payment. When selecting the payment type, choose "Direct debit".
Method 2
Credit Card
Call 1-888-423-2333 and select the option for Payments. A customer care representative will set up the pre-authorized payment for you.

Return application form along with a void cheque by one of these methods:

Note: We need both the form authorizing the change and a void cheque to process your request
For both auto payment options, payments are taken on the due date, unless the due date is on a weekend, in which case the payment will be taken the preceeding Friday.
