New Look for My Account – March 2025
Northwestel My Account online is getting a new look on March 9, 2025. This new and improved My Account is more mobile friendly and most of the same features are now available in just one click!
Here is a preview of what you will see when you log in to My Account:

View or download your recent bills from the list or use the date search to find a specific bill |

View history of payments. Search by date or click on Payments since last bill to filter list. |

View or download a summary of your charges at either the account or service level or search for a specific charge. | |

Update your My Account online information and your preferred email address for eBill delivery. |

Change your bill delivery preference to eBill or paper. |

Change your payment method to Auto Pay Credit Card or Direct Debit or Manual. |
There are no changes to your account information – log in with your current My Account username and password. If your saved password doesn’t autofill, see these instructions on retrieving the password saved in your browser.
If you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link to reset your password. Your recovery question will remain the same as well.
