Whenever you change your plan, you'll always get the higher data allowance for the entire current month. Keep in mind that you can only upgrade your plan if you’re not already on the highest tier available for your area. Internet plans with unlimited data options are available in some communities.

There’s no one-time charge to upgrade or downgrade your internet plan. However, if you downgrade your plan within 90 days of an upgrade, an order processing charge applies.

When requesting plan changes online, include your Northwestel account number at checkout.
