How to set up an internet freeze schedule in the HomePass app

You can set up freeze schedules in the Plume HomePass app  to block a device or person from accessing the internet. This feature lets you manage how much time a device or person spends on the internet based on time of day. It’s especially helpful if you want to limit the time your kids are on the internet.

Note If you want to instantly pause internet access, see How to pause internet access in the HomePass app

1

Sign in to the HomePass app, if you haven’t already.

2

In the navigation bar, tap the People icon, and then tap the Devices tab.

3

Select a device to open its details page, and then tap Schedule internet freeze.

4

Select an existing schedule or select New freeze schedule.

This feature blocks internet access when a device or person is connected to your home Wi-Fi network. It doesn’t block internet access if a device is connected to another network, like a cellular data network.
