Here are bill management services and tools that you can use to help manage your spending.
Long Distance Restriction prevents long distance calling from your phone line. Additionally, Long Distance Restriction prevents incoming reverse charge (collect) and third-party calls from being billed to your number.
The restriction on collect and third-party billed calls will work for most calling locations in the United States and Canada. The restriction doesn’t work for international collect calls.
Keep in mind that you may still be responsible for any collect or third-party billed calls that might connect due to technical limitations or if they bypass our restriction system.
You can temporarily suspend one or more of your services for a pre-determined length of time. For example, you may want to do this if you’re going away on vacation.
The process, fee, and amount of time for which you can suspend your services varies depending on the services you have.
Our Installment Payment Plan helps ease the financial burden of paying for service connection charges all at once. Residential customers can spread out payments associated with connection charges over a period of up to 6 months.
