Suspending your services
You can temporarily suspend your services without having to return your equipment or cancel your account. For example, you may want to do this if you’re going away on vacation.
The process and amount of time for which you can suspend your services varies depending on the services you have.
When you suspend a service, you won’t be able to access or use that service.
- Internet: You won’t have access to the internet. Your email address will continue to work and you can access your email through another internet connection.
- TV: You won’t be able to watch or record TV shows.
- Phone: You won’t be able to make calls, receive calls, or use calling features, including Voicemail.
