Security deposits
In certain situations, we may require a security deposit. If we ask for a security deposit from you, we’ll let you know the reason why.
After you pay six bills in a row, in full and on time, we’ll return the deposit to you as a credit towards future bills. If you don’t want to apply the deposit towards a bill credit, call us at 1 888 423-2333 and speak with a Northwestel representative for alternate options.
If you cancel your service, we’ll apply the deposit towards the final amount owing on your account, and then refund you the balance, if any.
