Troubleshooting not receiving ebills
Sometimes, ebills from Northwestel may not make their way to your inbox. This can happen for several reasons, including emails being mistakenly delivered to spam.
Ebills are always available online on your Northwestel account at Northwestel Customer Portal.
Ensure you are signed up for ebilling by visiting How to sign up for ebilling.
Check your spam and junk folders on your email. If you find an email from Northwestel, mark the email and sender as trusted to help with future emails.

- Gmail: Mark or unmark Spam in Gmail
- Thunderbird: Thunderbird and Junk / Spam Messages
- Outlook online: Mail goes to the Junk folder by mistake
