Changing or adding a Northwestel email address
If you want to change your @northwestel.net email address or add additional @northwestel.net email addresses, we can do that for you.

Provide us with your original @northwestel.net email address and the new @northwestel.net email address you want. It can take up to 48 hours for your new email address to be set up.
You can have up to five @northwestel.net email addresses, depending on your internet plan. If you need more, you can add email addresses for an additional fee. To add an email address, contact us with the @northwestel.net email address you want to add.
