9-1-1 service is available in:

• Yukon
• Northwest Territories
• Northern Rockies Regional Municipality of British Columbia

Depending on the province or territory you reside in, a monthly rate may be applied to all residential and business landline services to access this public safety service.

9-1-1 service isn’t available in:

• Nunavut
• Communities outside the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality in Northern British Columbia
