How to order and watch On Demand shows
On Demand lets you watch what you want, whenever you want. Here's how to order and watch movies, special events, and more through your set-top box from the comfort of your home.
- Do one of the following:
- If you have Pulse TV, press the VOD button on your remote.
- If you have Digital TV, press the On Demand button on your remote.
- Use the arrow buttons on your remote to browse the On Demand programming. When you see an item you like, press the OK button.
To preview the show, select Preview. - To order the show, select Buy.
Note If this is the first time you're making an On Demand purchase, you're prompted to set a 4-digit PIN, which you must enter before you make your purchase. Or, if you turned on the option to require a PIN before you can order On Demand shows, you must first enter your PIN.
Your show is available to you immediately. You can watch it as many times as you like within 24 hours. While watching the show, you can use the buttons on your remote to control playback.
- An On Demand show can only be viewed using the set-top box you purchased it on. If you have more than one set-top box in your home, you can rent and watch different On Demand shows on each set-top box at the same time.
- You can’t record your On Demand selections to your DVR.
- Program descriptions are provided by the content provider. A program’s star rating is an average of the star ratings given to it by professional critics who publish reviews online. We don’t rate shows, nor does a high star rating guarantee you’ll like it. As we all know, critics’ opinions can differ from our own.
