Hayley – Business Care Centre Manager
Having grown up in Yellowknife, Hayley is all about tight-knit community vibes. So after years of working in the service industry, landing at Northwestel is a natural fit. The director wears jeans. The president pops by for lunch. No pretensions. No barriers. It’s all about coming together to help the customer. And it’s good vibes all around.

Tasha-Lee Schwantz – HR Generalist
Staying close to home for school has its perks. Tasha-Lee is a full-time student at YukonU. She’s also a part-time employee at Northwestel. Every day, she puts her academic studies to work in the real world. And gets paid well to do it. While her classmates work at fast-food chains or clothing stores, she’s networking with experienced colleagues in her chosen field.
