How to install and use Go apps
This article gives you an overview of how to install and use Go apps<ADDLINK:Getting started with Go apps> on your iOS or Android mobile device.
- Download and install the Go app you want to your mobile device.
- If you have an iOS device, find, and download the app from the Apple App Store.
- If you have an Android device, find, and download the app from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app, and then log in by using your Northwestel TV account username and password.
After you log in, the app remembers your username and password for 30 days. Each time you open the app, your login is saved for another 30 days. This means that if you log in the first time, and then use the app every week to catch up on your favorite shows, you won’t need to log in again.
- Choose the show you want and start watching.
- If you choose a live TV show, you might be prompted to log in again.
- On Demand content is available for the first seven days following the broadcast air date. After that, you’ll need to log in. After you log in, you’ll have access to full seasons of content.
The number of devices on which you can stream content at the same time varies from one to five devices and differs across Go apps. We recommend you contact the content provider to find out what their app allows.
