How to install the Northwestel TV Plus app on your mobile device

• A supported iOS or Android mobile device. For a list of supported devices, see Getting started with Northwestel TV Plus.
• An internet connection. You must be at home and connected to your Northwestel Internet service that’s on the same bill as your TV service.
• Your Northwestel account username and password. If you don’t have a Northwestel account yet, register for one.

1. On your iOS or Android device, go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

2. In the search box, type Northwestel TV Plus, and then select the app in the search results.

    

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app. 

1. Tap the Northwestel TV Plus app icon to open the app.
2. Log in using your Northwestel account username and password.

After you log in for the first time, the app remembers your username and password. You don’t need to log in each time you open the app.
